Serving Central Texas Since 1986Round Mailing Systems was established in 1986 to give prompt professional service and quality re-manufactured equipment to Central Texas mailers. Steve Round, the founder, had two decades of experience on Pitney Bowes Equipment and desired to give the best, most attentive and prompt service to users of Pitney Bowes mailing and inserting equipment. Rob Wilson joined the company in 1989 and added an additional 10 years of highly qualified experience on Pitney Bowes equipment, giving Round Mailing Systems the two most highly trained production mail technicians in Austin. RMS expanded, opening an associate branch in College Station in January 2000.
Round Mailing Systems represents FP Mailing Solutions, Datatech Smartsoft and MOS International, Inc. FP Mailing Solutions manufactures a full line of mailing hardware, including postage meters, mailing, addressing, folding, and inserting machines. Datatech Smartsoft is the nation’s leading mailing software company. MOS International, Inc. has windows-based shipping and accounting systems. Round Mailing Systems also markets re-manufactured Pitney Bowes inserting systems from “the frame up.” Our rebuilds are virtually brand new! As of May 1997, Round Mailing Systems has offered service, parts, and sales of re-manufactured Bell and Howell / Phillipsburg inserting and mailing systems.
Customers include many of the largest and some of the smallest mailers in Central Texas. Round Mailing Systems has a state contract through General Services Commission for mailing equipment and electronic scales.
Round Mailing Systems is a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, a member since 1986 of the professional organization of Association of Independent Mailing Equipment Dealers, a member of MSMA, and the Austin Postal Customer Council.
